Domestic US orders will be sent by First Class Mail for orders weighing up to 13 ounces, and Priority Mail for orders of higher weight.

International orders will be sent using US International First Class Mail on small orders. Where possible we will use the US Postal Service Global Priority Flat Rate envelopes which are an efficient way of mailing medium sized order overseas.

Bagpipediscs.com will accurately describe merchandise on customs forms for international orders and does not take responsibility for import duties charged by the country to which it is delivered.

We will provide refunds or exchanges on unopened items returned to us, or on discs that are shown to be defective on delivery. Please contact us before returning merchandise.
